CHALLENGE
• Create a high-performing website with a flow integration solution that caters for global expansion to 20 markets (websites) and large product
range of 500+ merchants
• Integrate communication and business instruments improving the
trust between buyer and seller
• Customize default payment and shipping to cater for a multi-
tenant marketplace and certification/insurance specifics of gold, silver and
precious stone products
APPROACH
• Thorough audit and creating an inventory of features and
processes to control the upgrade and the custom feature and data transfer
to the new installation
• Synchronization with Live to update database and features that
were kept from being introduced to the store
